Ric is a photographer making images of people, products and places for advertising, commercial, stock and fine art clients. Ric began his photographic career in 1982 with Ric Peterson Photography which evolved into Watermark Studios with a staff of twelve through 1991.
Ric had a studio in Portland, Oregon and developed P2 Photo Productions and Arscentia’s Creative Services division in Minneapolis and Seattle respectively.
Ric has an MBA and teaches Advanced Digital Imaging at the University of Washington, Business Planning, Business Strategy and Marketing at the Art Institute of Seattle, marketing and business strategy at University of Phoenix. He is co-president of the American Society of Media Photographers, Seattle Chapter and a past board trustee of Vashon Allied Arts
